Q: What is your favourite thing about your new Mountainview home? 

A: Everything! Right from choosing the beautiful floorplan to the incredible experience of seeing our home come to life thanks to the awesome Mountainview staff. Also, the quality of workmanship & standard finishings were above par.

Q: Why did you choose Mountainview? 

A: We loved many of the floorplans and the possibility of making changes to accommodate the items on our wish list.

Q: What community are you in, and what is the best part about the location? 

A: The Woodside location is situated next to the famous Thundering Waters Golf Course, minutes away from Niagara Falls, world class hotels, restaurants & many tourist attractions.

Q: Favourite feature of your new home?  

A: Our gorgeous kitchen with the beautiful island. Also, the walk-in pantry and the decks both off the lower & upper floors.

Q: What do you get the most compliments on in your new home?

A: We get a lot of compliments when people walk into our home as they love the open floor plan with the many changes we made and the spacious kitchen with the large center island.

Q:  What is your favourite memory you’ve made in your new home so far? 

A: There are too many to name as we have celebrated a lot of memorable occasions with our family and friends in this beautiful home. Our favorite time of the year is Christmas. Beyond the great home product, it’s been a pleasure to working with all the various departments from Sales, to the Architecture Draft Studio, Design House, Construction, and Service. They worked together to help us plan, build and live comfortably in our home.

Q: What are you most excited about in your new home? 

A: The fact that we could customize the home to a large extent and incorporate many features to make it a dream home.

Q: Did you customize your home? If yes, what did you do? 

A: Absolutely and we truly enjoyed every step of the process. Some of the areas we changed: larger kitchen island, walk in pantry, big bay windows, deck off both floors, wide walk up from the basement and a lot more.

Q: How did the MV team make your journey simple and stress-free? 

A: The Mountainview staff were very professional and always willing to accommodate changes.  Lindsey, Monica, Geoff, Enrico and all of the after sales team - you are simply awesome! You helped make our Mountainview home a DREAMHOME!
