Thorold, ON – March 19, 2025 – Mountainview Building Group has been named a finalist in the prestigious Canadian Home Builders' Association (CHBA) National Awards for Housing Excellence in the Best Sales Office category for their Design House.

More than 1,000 entries were received for the national awards, a competition that recognizes excellence in new homes, renovations, community development, and residential marketing.

This nomination adds to the Design House’s growing list of accolades, having won Best Design/Décor Centre at the provincial level of the housing awards, the Ontario Home Builders’ Association Awards of Distinction, in September.

The Design House, located at Mountainview’s head office in Thorold, Ont., is a 3,000 sq. ft. space specifically tailored to showcase all of Mountainview’s stunning selections, styles, and finishes. It is at the Design House where homeowners choose their interior and exterior finishes and customize their homes. Designed to represent the beautiful options homeowners can select from, the Design House is also a great source of inspiration and a stunning representation of today’s style.
